Kasargod: Daughter Alleges Sexual Abuse – Father Arrested

Kasargod, Apr 8: In an incident that occurred at Deli village in the taluk, a 17-year-old girl has alleged sexual abuse by her father. The girl said that the incident occurred on April 3, when her mother had been to her parents’ home. She has charged her father of threatening her with dire consequences before forcing her to cooperate.

The policemen have registered a case against K M Hanifa (45), residing in Arafa Quarters in Deli village.  Hanifa has been taken into custody for questioning. The girl in question has been subjected to medical examination.
