Bantwal, Apr 14: In an accident involving a private bus and a pick up truck that occurred at Krishnakody near Kalladka on national highway 48 on Wednesday April 13, a passenger of the pick up truck died, while two others suffered injuries.
Due to the impact of the collision, the passengers in the pickup were tossed out of the vehicle. Prashant (20) a resident of Lorettopadavu, died in the accident. Another passenger named Krishnappa was injured.
The private bus was coming from Mangalore, while the pick up truck was coming from Uppinangady.
