Mangaluru, Oct 22: In a visual ode to the wonders of the natural world, the Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University hosted a captivating Videography competition that allowed students to explore and capture the sheer beauty of nature. October 18 was the deadline given to the students for submitting the videos. The event served as a reminder to adore the beauty of the outdoor environment.
With cameras in hand and creative spirits alight, students ventured into the serene landscapes and vibrant ecosystems to capture the elegance of nature. Their mission was to translate the splendour of nature into cinematic art, communicating not only its aesthetic appeal but also its deeper, emotional connection to the lives.
The project encouraged diverse interpretations of the theme, allowing participants to explore a wide range of subjects. Submissions varied from the tranquil beauty of sunsets, terrain, and blooming flowers to the splendor of water. Each video was a testament to the individual filmmaker's unique perspective on nature's beauty.
The panel of judges, comprising faculty members and experts in film and environmental studies, had the delightful task of evaluating the entries. They assessed the technical aspects, artistic merits, and the ability of the videos to convey the emotional resonance of nature.
