Dhanesh Shetty, hailing from Kukkippadi's Hunase Bettu and son of Mahabala Shetty, has earned the honor of representing Indonesia in cricket. Dhanesh, who is married and currently employed with his wife at a healthcare institution in Indonesia, commenced his educational journey at Wamadapadav Government School for primary education. He pursued higher and pre-university education at SVS PU College, Bantwal, followed by a diploma from Mahaweera Polytechnic, Moodbidire, and an engineering degree from Bengaluru.

Dhanesh's passion for cricket blossomed during his school and college years, where his prowess as a skilled batsman became evident. His dedication and talent have now culminated in the remarkable achievement of joining the ranks of the Indonesian national cricket team.
