Puttur: Three relatives electrocuted at Bellippady plantation

Puttur, May 2: Three persons met gory death in a shocking incident reported from Bellippady, Kodimbady in the taluk. The incident occurred on Monday May 2 morning due to electrocution.

Those who lost their lives in this incident were Babu Gowda (55), Sesappa Gowda (41), and Kartik Gowda (20). The accident happened at Yennettody near Shantinagara in Bellippady village.

All the three were working together in the plantation owned by Babu Gowda. Babu Gowda happened to be an auto rickshaw driver by profession. Sesappa Gowda, his brother, was a tipper driver. Kartik Gowda, who was a diploma student in KVG College at Sullia, was the son of Bommanna Gowda, another brother of Babu Gowda.

The three were working together when they suffered shocks emanating from a power cable. All the three suffered grievous injuries. They were immediately taken to a private hospital in the town, but all the three had lost their lives before medical help could be extended.

    It is hard .Three People have from same Family all of a sudden met with death,makes very very sad and that too due to electrocuting.Nobody noticed the fallen wire?In India These wireing System should be changed and more safer .That will save many innocent lives .May their Souls find rest in peace,and may God give enough strength to their Familys to bear it.
