Mangaluru, May 3: JEE (mains) 2016 exams were held on April 3 and around 13 lac students across the country wrote the exams, out of which 1.98 lac have become eligible to write JEE (advanced).
From Expert PU college, Mangaluru, out of 625 students who wrote JEE (mains) this time, a record number of 316 students have become successful and eligible to write JEE (advanced).
Niranjan Kamath who secured 259 marks out of 360, Shailesh Rao Kodical (212), Soham S Patil (207), Adarsh Iginshetty (196), Akhil N Kashyap (198),Tejas K Shetkar (194), Vaishakha (194), Piyush N Hanchate (192), Rahul M Aladgeri (191), Vinay Kumar G V (191), Ashwin Nayak U (188), Kavyashree TG (188), Jatin J M (182) and Kshama P S (181) are the top scorers from Expert.
These 316 students will be eligible to get admissions into NIT's including NIT-K, Suratkal.
Narendra L Nayak, chairman of Expert Group of Institutions has congratulated these achievers and also wished them all the best for the upcoming entrance exams.
