Kuwait, Jan 4: An Mangalorean baby boy, named Ansla, who was born at the Al Sabah Hospital several seconds after 12 midnight on Tuesday, has been pronounced the first newly?born baby of the year 2008 in Kuwait.



An official of the hospital announced that the baby is in good health, as his parents Anil and Precilla Rodrigues
were in celebrating mood.

'The first twin babies of the year were Kuwaitis born at exactly 6:05 am of January 1,' the official revealed.
