Mangaluru, Dec 11: The inaugural function of two-day faculty development programme on ‘Psycho-Pedagogy of Classroom’ was held on December 11 at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil.
The chief guest was Dr N K Vijayan, principal, Expert P U College, Valachil. In his inaugural address, DrVijayan stressed on the necessity of teachers training in the current scenario and also told that the teacher-students involvement in learning process is essential in this competitive world.
Dr Shrinivasa Mayya D, principal of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, presided over the function. Dr Thomas Pinto, coordinator of the IQAC committee welcomed the gathering and Dr Shankar K S, coordinator of the programme highlighted about this two days workshop. Kalpitha, placement department was the master of ceremony and Prof Sandeep Bhat, ECE department delivered the vote of thanks.
