Udupi, Feb 15: The human body is the real yoga. It is essential to maintain it in a proper manner. You must have a regular diet and exercise routine with a good diet, Ranjit Punaru, a resource person, is in a three-day yoga training programme at St Mary's College. He was speaking at the inauguration of the yoga training camp at Shirva's St Mary's College, jointly organised by the Physical Fitness and Yoga cell and NCC. At the same time, Sri Patanjali Yoga guru Sri Anantarai Shenoyara was honored by the college for being the best social worker in the state.
The principal who presided over the camp was Dr Herald Ivan Monis who spoke accordingly and congratulated the organiser for arranging such a healthy programme.
Shri Patanjali Yoga gurus Anantarai Shenoy, Shri Ranjit Punar and Shri Prakash Acharya Yogasan practically trained the studetnts. NCC officer of the college, Lt K Praveen Kumar, physical fitness and yoga cell coordinator Jeff Sunny D'Souza, students, college faculty and non-faculty relatives were present. Student Deepti and team rendered the prayer. Navya Acharya welcomed and introduced the chief guests. Shravya Proposed the vote of thanks and Harshita hosted the event.
