Vishal Dadlani Ready to Blow You Away with 'Chammak Challo'

New Delhi, Jun 2 (IANS): If you're already hooked onto "Chammak challo", the leaked song from superstar Shah Rukh Khan's superhero flick "RA.One", wait and watch for more, says Vishal Dadlani of music composer duo Vishal-Shekhar.

"'RA.One' theatrical promo and the sad and criminal 'Chammak challo' leak is all anyone's talking about. All I can say is, while I'm glad you guys are loving it all, you haven't seen or heard ANYTHING yet! The film, and the finished song will BLOW YOU AWAY!," Dadlani posted on his Twitter page Wednesday.

The item song, which has been sung by American R&B singer Akon, features Kareena Kapoor, who is also the leading lady in the film. Dadlani is upset that media reports have been claiming that Akon has composed the number.

"As to why the papers and TV guys are claiming that Akon has composed the track, I have no answer. They're all into sensationalism, they're not in the business of verifying anything. As it happens, V+S (Vishal and Shekhar) have composed, I've written and Akon has sung 'Chammak challo' brilliantly!" he said.

Shah Rukh, who has co-produced the movie with Eros Entertainment, under his banner Red Chillies Entertainment, is also disappointed with the song's leak out. Nevertheless, he is glad that only the earlier version, not the final version, has been sampled by the audience till now.

"RA.One" will release Oct 26.
