Los Angeles, June 6 (IANS) "Friends" actress Jennifer Aniston has been honoured with the Decade of Hotness Award.
Dressed in a black Azzedine Alaia dress and Manolo Blahnik heels, Aniston flaunted her toned physique at the Sunday night event, which she was followed her serious commitment to diet and exercise.
"It's simple. Run, work out every day. I do a lot of running, exercise is so important," dailymail.co.uk quoted the 42-year-old as saying.
Aniston also does daily custom designed yoga lessons.
Others present at the annual Spike TV Awards were actresses Cameron Diaz, Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendes and Minka Kelly.
