Mangaluru, Mar 11: Mallone Malcolm D'Souza was appointed as the district secretary of Dakshina Kannada (DK) district Youth Congress committee Mangaluru constituency.

Mallone Malcolm D'Souza hails from Attavar and he is the son of Mamatha Rebello.

He was appointed by Luqman Bantwal, district president Youth Congress, Ramanand Poojary general secretary of Dakshina Kannada, and Souhan S K vice president in the presence of Mohammed Haris Nalpad, state Youth Congress president and MLA U T Khader and oppostion deputy leader, and formerMLA J R Lobo.
