Mangaluru: Several workers, leaders of BJP, Congress join JD(S)

Mangaluru, Mar 16: In the prelude programme of forthcoming state assembly elections of JD (S) party that was held at Suma Sadana of Mallikatta in the city, several Congress and BJP leaders of Padavinangady area that falls under the south legislative assembly constituency of Mangaluru, joined JD (S).

The programmes was presided over by Dr Sumati S Hegde. Many youths joined JD(S) in the presence of farmer leader of Karnataka Chaithra Gowda and Asha Dharmaraj.

Senior JD(S) leaders Meerasaheb Kadaba, vice president of JD(S), Mangaluru south legislative constituency Iza Bajal, Vincent Pereira, women district president Rameeza Nasir, Bharathi Pushparajan, Veena Shetty, Usha, Latif Shivabagh, Javed Pandeshwar, Mohammed Shafiq Aladka, Dinesh Pais Padil, Rafiq Kannur, Priya Salian, Kavita, Choodamani and many JD(S) workers were present. JD(S) Mangaluru south legislative assembly constituency secretary Altaf Thumbay welcomed.
