Mangaluru, Apr 3: The 256th monthly repertory was held by Mandd Sobhann at Kalangann, Shaktinagar on April 2, 2023.

Customs department officer Stevan Dais rang the bell and set the programme in motion.

Mandd Sobhann Gurkar, Eric Ozario, president Luvi Pinto, coordinator Stany Alvares, committee members Sunil Siddi and Irene Rebello were present.

Devotional hymns written by Melvyn Rodrigues and Fr Dr Pratap Naik were sung in the leadership of Eric Ozario by Joyce Ozario, Prakash D’ Souza, Raina Sequeira, Sunil Monteiro, Cliyon D’Silva, Sonal Monteiro, Prithuma Monteiro, Dealle D’ Souza, Simone Monteiro, Kethan Castelino and Ayush Menezes Shankerpura.

Sunil Kumar played violin, Umesh Iddya saxophone, Damodar Kumble tabla, Norbert Gonsalves extra effects, Rouben Machado flute, Dylan Caldeira box guitar, Russell Rodrigues bass guitar, Elron Rodrigues keyboard, Kethan Castelino keyboard and Kingsly Nazareth gummat.

Poet Loyd Rego compered the musical evening in a poetic style.
