Mangaluru: 40 hours of Eucharistic Adoration held at Infant Jesus Shrine

Mangaluru, Apr 5: Infant Jesus Shrine at Bikarnakatte, on the view of preparing for the Easter, in the Holy Week had organised 40 hours of continuous Eucharistic Adoration.

On Monday morning, Fr Rovel D’Souza initiated the Eucharistic Adoration with the Holy Eucharist. For every hour or two different groups, priests and brothers led and animated the adoration for various intentions and created a prayerful atmosphere and helped the gathered faithful to pray well.

Groups namely Bajjodi parish members, Secular Carmelites, Prison ministry, Carmelite Brothers, Frs. Rudolph Pinto, Lancy Lewis, Anil Alfred, Joseph D’Souza, Richard Quadros, Bonaventure, Deep Fernandes, Stephen Lobo and Brothers Joel Lasrado, Prashanth Frank, Mervin and Maria D’souza and M P Noronha and many of them rendered their help to praise and worship the Eucharistic Lord.

Many people had made their time, came, offered their praises, and prayed for their various intentions. Tuesday night with the Eucharistic celebration, the 40-hour Eucharistic Adoration concluded preparing the faithful for the fruitful Easter celebrations.
