Mangalore, Jul 12: Dr M V Shetty Trust's Sarsa College of Arts and Science, organized the P G Diploma First batch students' Deekshantha programme at Town Hall, here.

The founder secretary of the trust Dr Ram Gopal Shetty presided. Mangalore University vice chancellor Dr Shiva Shankar Moorthy as a chief guest, said that arts and science can bring peace and happiness to human beings.

 

Trustee Dr Hima Urmila Shetty welcomed the gathering. The guest of honour Dr Leela Upadhyaya, principal of Sharada P U College, principal Dr Arathi Shetty and Jayalaxmi Alva were present on the dias.
