According to the information given by the police, PA Nazar was employed in Kolli. On those days he developed a friendship with Nigerian citizen Frank. Once when Nazar had come down to his home town, Frank invited him to Goa. On his Goa’s visit, Frank thought him the art of converting the black paper into dollars by using some chemicals. When Nazar gave the same converted notes in the bank, he received good amount of Indian currency for that.

Impressed and greatly influenced by the magic, Nazar bought 480 black papers and chemicals from Frank by giving him 12 lacs.

After obtaining that money Frank was never available to Nazar despite his continuous attempts to call him. Hence in order to get one more chemical required to transform the black paper into dollar, Nazar was traveling with brother-in-law Abdulla to Guruvayur in car where the police arrested them.
