Beltangady: Dr D Veerendra Heggade Inaugurates Reading of Holy Scriptures

Beltangady, Jul 19: Dr D Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala, inaugurated the 40th reading and preaching of Holy Scriptures here on Monday July 18.

Sri Dharmasthala Manjunateshwar (SDM) Education Society project director D Shreyas Kumar and local residents were present on the occasion.

Jayaram Kudrettaya read the chapters from the Holy Scriptures on Tuesday, while Dr E Mahabala Bhat preached on.

The reading of ‘Ramayana’ by Torave Narahari will be held here for two months and preaching will be done by nearly 30 scholars.
