Very sad .Why he didnt take immediate tretament abroad itself.?Was better to go doctor their itself to confirm what he is having.Heartfelt sympathy to his family.May his soul rest in peace. When brain fever or any infectious disease ,it will be more dangerous while travelling and till you reach hospital.
