Kadaba: Missing man found ill at bus stand, hospitalized, succumbs

Kadaba, Oct 6: Harish alias Nanyappa Poojary (65), a resident of Haleneranki village of the taluk, who was missing from Tuesday afternoon was found unwell at B C Road bus stand on October 4. He was admitted to Wenlock hospital, where he succumbed on Thursday October 5.

Harish was running a grocery shop at Haleneranki and was sick for some time. On October 3, he left his mobile phone in the shop and did not come home in the evening. Family members searched for him and also filed a missing complaint at Uppinangady police station.

On October 4, the family members of Harish filed a complaint with Kadaba police station also. On the same day, in the afternoon, a person called on the mobile that Harish had left in his shop and told that Harish is found unwell at B C Road bus stand and is admitted to Bantwal government hospital.

Later, family members of Harish took him to Wenlock hospital in Mangaluru for higher treatment, where he died on Thursday afternoon. He is survived by wife, son and two daughters.
