Kundapur: Elderly man goes missing, complaint filed

Kundapur, Oct 25: A 70-year-old man has gone missing from Kollur guest house.

As per the complainant Vijay Raj L, Shanmugham (70), arrived with the complainant from Tamil Nadu to Kollur temple for flower decoration on October 22. On October 23 at 3 am, both came to the temple for decoration. At around 4 am, Shanmugham complained that he is tired and will go back to the guest house to take some rest. When the complainant arrived to the guest house at 8 am, Shanmugham was missing nowhere to be seen.

Shanmugham is a resident of Tiruvanamalai in Tamil Nadu, height 5.6 and was wearing light green half sleeve shirt and a red dhoti.

The complainant went in search of Shanmugham in the premises of temple, bus stand and even tried reaching out to his mobile phone, all in vain. Later, a case was filed at Kollur police station.
