Bantwal, Jun 9: A video has gone viral on social media showing BJP workers raising slogans of "Jai Sri Ram" and "Jai Modi" in a provocative manner while celebrating the victory of Captain Brijesh Chowta in the recent Lok Sabha elections for the Dakshina Kannada constituency, in front of the Karopadi mosque. This act has caused significant distress among the local community.

The BJP workers of Karopadi village were celebrating the victory of BJP candidate Captain Brijesh Chowta in the Lok Sabha elections. The video, which depicts activists dancing and raising slogans in front of the Karopadi mosque, has quickly spread across social media platforms.

Netizens have questioned why the police did not file a suo moto case in this instance, while they did so for offering namaz on the road near a mosque in Kankanady, Mangaluru. This perceived inconsistency in police action has sparked further debate and concern among the public.
