Sonakshi Sinha wraps up shooting for her Telugu debut ‘Jatadhara’

Mumbai, Apr 8: Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has officially wrapped up her shoot for the much-anticipated Telugu film Jatadhara, marking her debut in the southern film industry.

Taking to social media on Tuesday, the Akira actress shared heartwarming photos with the film’s cast and crew, expressing her gratitude and joy at completing yet another schedule. Dressed casually and beaming with pride, Sonakshi thanked her team and spoke about the excitement of entering a new cinematic space.

“Aaaaand one more down!! A film wrap for me on Jatadhara… my first Telugu film… and my team has killed it on this one!!! Bohot mazza aaya, bohot dhamaal kiya… can’t wait for you all to see!!!” she wrote, tagging the entire team including producers Prerna Arora, Umesh KR Bansal, and co-star Sudheer Babu.

The 37-year-old had earlier wrapped up the film’s second schedule on March 28, sharing similar enthusiasm in a post that read, “Annnnnd it’s a WRAP for a power packed second schedule of Jatadhara!!! Can’t wait for third sched.”

Jatadhara is a supernatural fantasy thriller that promises to showcase Sonakshi in a never-seen-before avatar. The film is being directed by Venkat Kalyan and produced under the banner of Zee Studios by Umesh KR Bansal, Prerna Arora, Aruna Agarwal, and Shivin Narang.

The first look of the film was unveiled on March 8, International Women’s Day, portraying Sonakshi in a powerful and intense role—hinting at a gripping cinematic experience ahead.

With Jatadhara, Sonakshi is set to make a strong entry into Tollywood, and fans are eagerly awaiting the magic she brings to the big screen.
