Randeep Hooda, Lin Laishram welcome baby girl

Mumbai, Mar 11: Actor Randeep Hooda and his wife Lin Laishram have welcomed their first child, a baby girl. The couple shared the joyful news on social media, confirming that both the mother and the newborn are healthy and doing well.

The couple revealed that their daughter was born on a day that already holds special significance for the family, as she shares her birthday with Randeep’s father, Ranbir Hooda, making it a double celebration.

Announcing the news online, the couple wrote, “Dada aur poti ne janamdin ki ghadi badhai. Today, as I become a father, my appreciation for you has only grown deeper, Papa. And most importantly – Lin, thank you for making me a father and for bringing our little girl into this world. A little girl and a lifetime of love.”

Soon after the announcement, fans and well-wishers flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages for the couple.

A day earlier, Randeep and Lin had shared pictures from their maternity photoshoot, giving fans a glimpse of their excitement as they prepared to welcome their first child.

The couple had announced the pregnancy in November 2025 on the occasion of their second wedding anniversary through a post on Instagram. Sharing a picture of themselves sitting by a campfire in a forest, they wrote, “Two years of love, adventure, and now… a little wild one on the way.”

Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram were married in November 2023 in a traditional Meitei wedding ceremony held in Manipur.
