Salfit, Nov 5: At least three Palestinians were injured in attacks by Israeli settlers, reportedly accompanied by Israeli army personnel, in the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit in the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent said its medical teams treated three injured people at the scene before transferring them to a hospital for further treatment.

According to the Palestinian Wafa news agency, settlers also attacked Palestinian olive pickers in the Wadi Abbas and Wadi al-Qibli areas, located between the towns of Deir Istiya and Qarawat Bani Hassan, northwest of Salfit.

Meanwhile, reports from the ground said Israeli settlers beat Palestinian farmers in the town of Beita, south of Nablus, in a separate incident.

The attacks come amid continuing reports of violence against Palestinian farmers and residents in several parts of the occupied West Bank, particularly during the olive harvest season.
