Paris, Jul 18 (IANS): French top league club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has reportedly signed Italy-based striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the second main face recruited after the Brazilian defender Thiago Silva.
Citing Leonardo, the PSG football director, the daily Le Parisien said the club reached an accord with the 30-year-old striker to join Paris soccer team for three seasons, reports Xinhua.
"I think it will be a great year for PSG... This player will change everything," the daily quoted Leonardo as saying.
Ibrahimovic would enjoy an annual net payment of 12.5 million euros ($15.33 million), the report added.
Three days ago, the club that was heavily investing in recruiting the best performing international players, signed Thiago Silva - considered one of the world's best central defenders.
