HOME STAY ATTACKERS SHOULD BE TREATED AS PRIORITY GUESTS AND PROVIDED WITH LUXURY STAR QUALITY JAILS AS THEY ARE VERY MUCH A PART AND PARCEL OF THE STATE RULING GOVT. ALSO THEY DESERVE A COMFORTABLE LIFE IN JAIL AS WELL FOR CARRYING OUT THE GOVT ORDERS AS AND WHEN DIRECTED TO DO SO.
