Mangalore, Sep 29: "I do not want to respond at present to the opinion of Deve Gowda about the continuation of Kumaraswamy as the CM of the state," Sadananda Gowda state president of BJP.

Addressing the press persons, he declared that the opinion by the coordination committee would be final in this regard and he would write to Kumaraswamy to call meeting of coordination committee either on September 30 or on October 1.

He would urge to take stringent action against those who are responsible for trying to assassinate MLA in Bellary after having gone through investigation reports, he assured.

The BJP-JD(S) coalition government has released sufficient funds to the development of local bodies; the funds have also been released for the construction of Thumbe vented dam and bettering the roads of Mangalore City Corporation, he added. He further said that he is quite confident that BJP would win the just concluded local body elections.
