Udupi Sep 29:A national-level Carnatic vocal music competition will be organized by Raga Dhana  from November 25 to December 3. This nine-day event sponsored by Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara temple is being held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Vimshati Utsava.

The eligibility criterion for the competition is that it is open to participants in the age group between 16 to 30 years, irrespective of their grade in the AIR and Doordarshan.  The participants will be required to perform before a panel of judges.

They will be given traveling expenses and also boarding and lodging expenses if needed. Different competitions will also be held for those below 16 years of age.
