Mangalore, Sep 29: Jane DSouza of Milagres, Mangalore has bagged the First Prize in the Savory Snacks Category in the Open to All Cookery Contest conducted by Nestle India Ltd., and Innerwheel Club of Mangalore North.
The recipe presented by her is titled Maggi-Noodles Sprouts Relish.
Jane DSouza is known for her two best-selling cookery books, Randaap-Shindaap and Jane DSouza’s COOK BOOK and for her recipes in Konkani/Kannada/English periodicals/magazines.
