Mangalore, Sep 30: B Ramachandra Achar, senior manager, planning and development department at Karnataka Bank's head office here was accorded a hearty farewell upon his retirement after over 3 decades of service in the Bank.


Bank's DGM P R S Holla honours Achar as Ravishankar, Aithal and other colleagues look on

Deputy general manager P R S  Holla lauded Achar's services and narrated how he, with his smile, simplicity and sincerity, had won the hearts of one and all.

In reply, Achar recalled his 32 years of association with the bank and thanked the executives and colleagues for their cooperation and support.

Chief manager N R Ravishankar, K Ravindra Aithal, general secretary, Karnataka Bank Officers’ Organization and Y P Raghavendra Jois, offficer, spoke on the occasion.

    B Ramachandra Achar was ever smiling, ever ready to help and was always service oriented. He was modest, unassuming and preferred to keep a low profile. I pray all the very best for his future.
