Udupi, Nov 27: ‘Dhanya Muhurta’ was held at Sri Krishna Math, here as preliminary for the ‘Paryaya’ of Puttige Sri Sugunendra Swamiji on Monday November 26.

Blessing the occasion, Puttige Swamiji said that, no hurdles will be taken into consideration in connection to the Paryaya. The foreign tour done by him was only for the religious propagation, he said.

He himself will perform pujas during his Paryaya. At the same time, a writtn constitution is necessary for the smooth functioning of Sri Krishna Math. The Paryaya will be held smoothly with the guidance of the seniors and cooperation of the juniors, he added.

MLA Raghupati Bhat, former MP Vinaykumar Sorake, Kannada Sahitya Parishat former president Harikrishna Punarur, Pradeepkumar Kalkura, Shripati Tantri and others were present on this occasion.

At the same, religious rituals were held under the guidance of Kenja Sridar Tantri.
