As your regular reader, I would like to write this comment for your readers. 'Cel Cabs' is a very good idea for public especially when attending a function or party etc. Majority of people have some sort of influence with alcohol when leaving the premises, and heading on driving drunk and this is what we call here 'If you drink and drive you are a bloody idiot.' 'Cel Cabs' could perhaps prevent or avoid many accidents and also saving lives. Message must go through to people with a very strong advertising. Life is too short to throw it away on the road.
