Bangalore: Karnataka Bank Introduces Novel 'E – Hundi' Facility

Bangalore, Dec 1: "Owing to improved technology banks are meeting the day-to-day needs of the general public," informed P Jayarama Bhat, the chief general manager of Karnataka Bank. Bhat was speaking at the inaugural function of the new E-Hundi facility,a novel facility introduced by the bank.

Explaining the details of this facility he revealed that now devotees can contribute their offerings to the temple right from the confines of their home. Moreover, it is being introduced for the first time at Sri Prasanna Anjaneya temple, Ragigudda, Bangalore and it is also going to be introduced at Sri Ananthashayana temple, Thiruvananthapura, Bhat added.

President of management committee of the temple and auditor K PRao who inaugurated the E – Hundi facility exhorted the people to utilise this new facility. Sri K H S Aithal, general manager, P R S Holla, deputy general manager of the Karnataka Bank graced the occasion. Anantha Padmanabha, chief manager, Data Centre in his speech explained the benefits of the facility.

R V S Prasad, chief manager, Customer Care Centre proposed the vote of thanks.
