Mangalore, Jun 12: Mangalore Ladies Circle 82, constructed a toilet block for the 300 odd children at the Parapade School at Jelligudde recently. The block was inaugurated by Capt Sunil D’Souza.
The Mangalore Ladies Circle 82 is a non-political and non-sectarian organization made up of the wives of the members of the Round Table. The Circle is part of Ladies Circle International and WOCO and is committed towards helping the needy by conducting various projects financed by the funds it has raised.
The activities that the ladies of Mangalore Ladies Circle 82 have been involved in range from providing better education and health/hygiene facilities for the less fortunate to empowerment of women at large, stated a press release.
