Nitte Arbi falls also known as Parapaddy falls is one such waterfall situated just 10 km away from Karkala and 3 km from Nitte Parapaddy cross. Owing to its scenic beauty, roaring and unending flow of water, Arbi falls has become a tourist destination in Karkala.
River Shambhavi after originating near Bajagoli flows southwards near Kalkar in Nitte gram panchayat limit, takes a wide jump along a rocky bed creating a scenic beauty in the rainy season which lasts till December.
