Karkala: Thieves steal machinery worth Rs 40 lac installed in crusher

Karkala, Apr 22: Unidentified thieves stole Rs 40 lac worth machinery installed in a crusher in 3.5 acres land in survey No. 168-P1 belonging to Suresh Shetty. The theft has occurred between February 27 and April 22 at Sooda village in the taluk.

A police case under serial No. 40/2020 under IPC section 379 is registered at Karkala rural police station in this connection.
