Sacred Heart Parish Organizes Binding Hearts, Choir Festival

Mumbai, Jan 14: The youth of Sacred Heart parish, Andheri (East), here organized Binding Hearts – A Choir Festival, for the first time at the Andheri deanery- level here, recently. 

Sacred Heart parish, Andheri (East) and Good Shepard parish, Four Bungalows, Andheri (West), participated.

Joslyn Pereira and Blossom Noronha compered the programme.

Gospel music was played in different genres such as trance, hip-hop, alt rock and rock by a DJ. Joyful Noise led the programme with clean contemporary music. Avril from Joyful Noise compered the programme. 

There were also games, spot prizes and dance at the event.

The parish team comprised Fr Baptist, Fr Richard, Fr Anil and Fr Eddie. Deacon Naveen of Sacred Heart parish also had a surprise for the parishioners as they belted out a Hindi hymn. Over 800 people both young and old came together in order to be a part of Gospel Fiesta 2010.
