MP Raj Mohan Unnithan on 24 hours sit-in protests

MP Raj Mohan Unnithan has resorted to 24-hour long sit-in protests alleging that the state government is conspiring to suspend CBI investigation regarding the murder of Youth Congress activists Kripesh and Sharathlal.

KPCC state president Mullapalli Ramachandran inaugurated the protests via video conference. Though the high court has ordered for CBI investigations, CBI has informed the high court that it is staying back from investigations. The state government is trying to mislead the investigations, he alleged.

Kripesh’s father Krishnan, Lal’s father Satya Narayan, KPCC chief secretary J Rathi Kumar, former MLA K P Kunhikannan, UDF convener A Govindan Nair and district Congress leaders took part in the protests.
