Bantwal: Minister of horticulture Dr Narayanagowda pays homage to farmer Charles V Frank

Bantwal, Aug 26: Karnataka state minister of municipal administration department, horticulture and sericulture and Mandya district in-charge minister Dr K C Narayanagowda visited the residence of Charles V Frank at Charles Bhag, Pannangila, Kasba Agrar at Bantwal who departed recently and offered his homage.

Charles V Frank was the president of milk producer’s association, Mandadi, Bantwal; Executive committee member of Dakshina Kannada district electricity and river water consumer’s welfare committee; Expert in Janapada sports and Kambala; Progressive farmer always ahead in pro society service; Horticulturist, and an expert in the delivery of cattle like veterinary doctors. The minister offered floral tributes to the portrait of late Charles Frank and offered condolences to wife Laticia Charles Frank and family.

Young entrepreneur Rajesh Rodrigues, Robert D’Souza of Roopa Travels, artiste Walter Pinto Vamanjoor, DSP Valentine D’Souza, Bantwal municipal council chief executive Lena Francis Britto, engineers Dominic D’Mello, Iqbal, Charles family’s Philip Mark, Jacinta Tara R Bantwal, Arun Frank, Vilma Roshan, Daizy Arun and others were present. The minister felicitated Arif Kalkatta.

Kannadiga Patrakartara Sangha Maharashtra president Rons Bantwal welcomed the guests and rendered vote of thanks.
