Moodbidri, Aug 31: The Rotaract Club Of Moodbidri, Rotary Club Of Moodbidri and Forest department Moodbidri jointly organized a programme called Hannina Gidagala Nedatopu at Taccode.
This initiative was planned by the president, Rtr Keeth Rebello and secretary Rtr Faraz of Rotaract Club of Moodbidri to feed the forest animals which come to the rural areas in search of food.
Around 35 fruit saplings were planted along both sides of the Taccode road. During the programme, the priest of Taccode church, Naveen D'Souza, chairman of the Christian Development Board of Karnataka Rtn Joylus D'Souza, member of the municipality Moodbidri and chairman of the Rotaract Club of Moodbidri, Rtn Purandar Devadiga and other invitees of Rotary Club, Rotaract Club and other community service clubs of Taccode and members of Taccode were present.
