Bengaluru: CM inaugurates BWSSB’s 210 MLD waste water treatment plant

Bengaluru, Sep 10: Chief minister B S Yediyurappa on Thursday inaugurated the 210 million litre capacity interim wastewater treatment plant constructed by the Bengaluru Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BSWWB) at the National Games Village in Koramangala, here, on Thursday.

The even was conducted through an online function from his home office, Krishna.

The urban development minister, Byrati Basavaraju, Chief Secretary T M Vijaya Bhaskar and BWSSB Chairman Jayaram were present at the function.

Later, the chief minister held a video conference with all the district deputy commissioners, zilla panchayat chief executive officers, superintendents of police and district health and family welfare Officers on the COVID-19 situation as well as flood relief and rehabilitation works.



The medical education minister, Dr K Sudhakar, uraban development minister Byrati Basavaraju, home minister Basavaraj Bommai, fisheries and Muzrai minister Kota Srinivasa Poojary, chief secretary T M Vijaya Bhaskar and chief minister’s additional principal secretary Dr E V Ramana Reddy and other senior officials attended the meeting.
