Udupi: BJP Yuva Morcha seeks to turn district drugs-free

Udupi, Sep 14: The menace of drugs has been affecting the entire country. Not only the young but also people of all age groups and genders are becoming addicted to drugs, which is lamentable. Taking note of this grim situation, the district BJP Yuva Morcha led by its district president, Vikhyath Shetty, handed over a memorandum to deputy commissioner G Jagadeesha urging him to take stern steps and free the district of drugs.

BJP district president, Kuilady Suresh Nayak, district Yuva Morcha general secretaries, Akshith Shetty Herga and Sharath Shetty Uppunda, immediate past general secretary, Pratap Shetty, vice presidents, Praveen Poojary Kaup, Sumith Madivala Karkala, Avinash Karkala, Abhiraj Suvarna and Anur Mendon along with treasurer and Yatish Kotian Mattu in addition to district and Mandal Yuva Morcha office bearers were present.
