The drug menace is spreading like cancer in region and if not curbed will affect the whole society. The religious leaders should unite and educate masses to eradicate this menace from the society. Unfortunately we see the communal harmony only amongst criminals which is evident from the names of accused.

All deserve capital punishment. Since huge money involved in this nexus and due to world wide network, any moment the poison could knock our door and invite our children. Though we cannot eradicate this virus from the root, least could send message through severe punishment. If we ask those parent whose loved one have adiction of the drugs, certainly they would suggest these culprits to be hanged till death.

Good investigation. Hear and watch, trail and penetrate and daring raid, are some of the traits of good investigation. Such investigations are firmly and decisively proved in the court of law. "Lathi" technology should be banned for good in all police stations. CC TV should be mandatory in all police stations for transperency and eliminating custodial deaths.

    Good job by Mangalore Police.

Bad precedent for Mangalore City which till recently was a beautiful, peace loving place. No doubt it is getting converted to a hub for drug traficking, extortion, and prostitution. Most of these drugs would have got circulated into the student community. The qty of the seizure shows the demand for the same.....

Very bad precedent that Mangalore, once a beautiful, peace loving destination is now used as a big hub for all sorts of nefarious activities like drug trafficking, extortion, prostitution. Just imagine to what are we exposing the coming generations to?

It is good to see that Our Police Force is doing a good job. Of late many people have have been nabbed for different types of crimes. However it is a formidable job to clean up the district but I am sure with concerted efforts law-breakers can be apprehended.

My congrats to the department and in this case particularly to Simon for doing a fine job.
