Toronto, Jul 10 (IANS): Pop diva Celine Dion says she is pregnant with twin boys.

Confirming the sex of her babies on her website Friday, the Canadian star said: "Celine and Rene (Angelil) expecting Twin Boys!"

Celine first announced the upcoming new additions to the Angelil-Dion family back in May, and now she just revealed that she is expecting twin boys. The biggest selling female singer had announced her pregnancy after a reported miscarriage and six unsuccessful in-vitro fertilisation procedures.

The 42-year-old megastar and her 68-year-old husband-cum-manager Rene Angelil already have a nine-year-old son named Rene-Charles. The twin babies are due in November.

The couple have been trying to have another baby for some time. "We tried four times to have a child; we're still trying," Dion had told talk-show queen Oprah Winfrey recently.

The biggest-selling female artist of all time, Dion is the top earner of the decade with $747.9 million from albums and concerts, according to Ultimate Top 10. She has sold more than 200 million albums worldwide so far.

The youngest of the 14 kids born into a poverty-stricken musical family in Quebec, Dion was guided to greatness by Angelil (her husband) who sold his house to finance the young girl's first album in 1981.

The French album went on to become number one in Quebec province, paving the way for her stardom.

Dion and Angelil became lovers but kept the affair under wraps, fearing that it will be frowned upon because he was 26 years older than her. But they married in 1994.
