Mangalore: Father Muller Students Win PIMS Throw Ball Tourney

Mangalore, Jul 10: Father Muller College of Nursing Team emerged winners of Throw Ball tournament organized by Pondichery Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) as a part of PIMS AURA Tournament from June 29 to July 2.



In all, eight teams participated in the event. The matches were played in league cum knock out basis. Totally two pools were made out of which Father Muller College of Nursing was in the B Pool which consisted of the hosts PIMS(MBBS), MAPIMS and SLIMS.

The winning team of Father Muller College of Nursing bagged a cash prize of Rs 3000 along with the trophy.

    I am not one bit surprised that The FMCI have come out as winners at the PIMS event. I can see Father Stany and Father Denis in the picture who indeed believe in the concept of HEALTHY MIND IN A HEALTHY BODY.

    Father Muller's presently have extensive grounds for sports activities and I am glad that apart from studies young people also devote time for games and sports.

    Father Stany and Father Denis. Congrats to you for bringing the best of your students.
