Bellary: Regional Youth Convention Preparatory Meeting

Bellary, Jul 13:
A preparatory meeting in connection with the forthcoming regional youth convention, was held at St Anthony Hall here on Sunday July 11.  Members of the Regional Executive and Diocesan Executive Committee were present. Zonal as well as other youth members also participated in the meeting.
 
Dr Henry D'Souza, Bishop of Bellary and chairman of Regional Youth Commission, Fr Franklin D'Souza, regional youth director, and Fr Mari Joseph, diocesan director, were present.
 


The Bishop, in his address, asked the youth to work wholeheartedly and selflessly for the success of the convention. He also motivated the youngsters to exhibit their leadership qualities in major events like this one.
 
Fr Franklin gave a brief about the convention.  Sixty youth were present at this meeting.  Various committees were formed, and the details of the convention were worked out.

    Good to see all preparations for youth convention....but can any one tell when it is going to happen...the exact date and place
