M'lore: Girl from Orissa Found Unconscious, Alleges Sexual Abuse

Mangalore, Jul 15: In yet another case of sexual abuse, a 15-year-old girl was allegedly harassed by three men who left her unconscious in a railway coach at the Mangalore Central railway station where she was found on Wednesday July 14 at around 11.30 am.

The girl, a native of Orissa, was handed over to the district Childline officials by the railway authorities. She was then questioned by the Railway police who recorded her statement. It is believed that the girl is in the custody of the police and was interrogated by a female officer on the orders of the police commissioner, before being taken for medical examination on the same day at around 7.30 pm.

    Shoot those who harassed the young girl. There should be strict law against sexual harassment cases.
