M'lore: Karavali Sangeeta Kalavidara Okkoota Celebrates Third Anniversary

Mangalore, Sep 1: Karavali Sangeeta Kalavidara Okkoota, Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district held its third anniversary at the Town Hall here on Tuesday August 31.

Ganapati Pai of Suzuki Motors here inaugurated the programme. Speaking on the occasion, he appreciated the good work taken up by the okkoota to promote Indian music and popularize it among youth.

The organization is into primarily identifying and promoting talent among youth apart from coming to the aid of needy artistes as well as felicitating and thus recognizing the achievers.
