Mangalore, Oct 30: It is learnt that the commissioner of the local city corporation, Dr K N Vijayaprakash, has been transferred. The outgoing commissioner had come in the place of the previous incumbent, Samir Shukla, in July last year.
He has been transferred as the chief executive officer of Dakshina Kannada zilla panchayat. It is learnt that M B Ibrahim will replace Dr Vijayaprakash as the corporation commissioner.
